Will Ferrell
first became well-known as a cast member for 'Saturday Night Live. Later, he
appeared in a variety of major screen comedies, including Elf, Anchorman' and
even'Talladega Nights. In 1967, in Irvine, California, Will Ferrell launched
his comedy career as a member of the Los Angeles-based improv group the
Groundlings. His seven-year-long time as a Saturday Night Live cast member made
him one of the most famous comedians in the world of film. He was famous for
off-color hits like Anchorman The Legend of Ron Burgundy (2004) and Old School
(2003). Ferrell co-founded Funny or Die, a well-known video streaming site.
Ferrell also had success as an actor voiceover in animated features such as
Megamind (2010). John William Ferrell was created on the 16th of July 1967 in
Irvine (California). Will Ferrell was the eldest of Lee Ferrell, Righteous
Brothers keyboardists, and Kay Ferrell. As a University High School student,
Ferrell was far from a class clown. Ferrell was a quiet student who chose to
become an elite footballer. He set the school record for number of field goals
he scored. Even in the more comfortable confines of his suburban home, Ferrell
displayed little of the outrageous, funny outbursts that would later help to
define his career.
